The last youngest artist who got a record deal was Diggy Simmons, but now it’s time for the female stars to arise and they rise even younger. Willow Smith, 9 year-old daughter of Hollywood heavyweight, Will Smith, is officially signed to Jay-Z’s Roc Nation family. Ryan Seacrest broke the news on his Twitter after Willow Smith confirmed her appearance on his show. Seacrest tweeted:
