Domenico & Stefano give you the D&G SS11 Must Have rules

Just watched the show and now the big question is how to translate all these amazing looks into daily life. The good news is that the outfits that ran down the catwalk are to run on your streets as well.

So no fuss, an easy take-on a flowery summer trend. Some key rules have to be respected though. a/ The flowers to match are roses, hydrangeas, freesias, violets, and mimosas on your dress and in your vase. b/ The fabrics are rough but soft and versatile: raffia and jute mainly. c/ Vichy: Mr. will check it loudly next summer and so will you but in a feminine way with some floral prints match to it. c/ Booked for a garden party, you should not be just another guest, you will be the flower blooming in the crowd in a long gown that needs nothing else than you smiling wearing it. d/ The final touch: gardening wedges. Yes, your read right… You will be gardening standing in a pair of shoes that surprisingly will leave you with a flower at your ankle. Like a “bijoux”, a simple sophisticated touch but all natural.

So pick, pray & party to eat, pray & love!
