Yesterday Mélanie and I headed out to Laval to celebrate Bath & Body Works‘ arrival in Quebec (finally!).
Caterers serving up gourmet breakfast amuse-bouches like oyster stuffed omelets and blueberry crepes, while a Yeh! yogourt stand and David’s tea were all on-hand to make our fragrant experience a delectable one as well.
Mel and I took the opportunity to pick up their Irresistible Apple, Japanese Cherry Blossom (created by the same perfumer who developed Juicy Couture) and Midnight Pomegranate scented lotions, their pocket-sized Sanitizing Foams as well stock up (like, seriously!) on autumn scented candles such as Caramel Apple, Creamy nutmeg and Kitchen Spice (we’re holiday fiends). While I took an unexpected trip down scented high school memory lane thanks to the Sweet Pea, Cotton Sea Island (which was at one time Cottom Blossom) and Cucumber Melon collections. The power of a scent’s link to memory still manages to amaze me.
If pretty scented products are your thing, then you’ll love what they’ve got to offer. If you’re more of a simple bath products kind of gal, then their slightly less fragrant manicure pedicure spa products and Aromatherapy collection, surely won’t disappoint. Whatever your spa tastes, it’s hard not to step into the store and want everything. Don’t say we didn’t warn your pocketbook!
